Commentaires - Genre réhabilité par Fleck (2024), les espèces correspondantes se trouvant initialement dans le genre Synthemis et auxquelles il ajoute Calesynthemis jeanlegrandi comme nouvelle espèce de Nouvelle Calédonie. Carle (1996 in Fleck 2024) a érigé ce genre en y intégrant Synthemis miranda, Synthemis ariadnae, Synthemis campioni, Synthemis fenella, Synthemis flexicauda, Synthemis montaguei et Synthemis serendipita. Fleck (2024) y ajoute Synthemis pamelae.
