Famille des Lindéniidés

Historique et Commentaires

Cette famille est issue du splitage de la grande famille de Gomphidae telle que définie dans le cadre de la Classification officielle (Paulson & al. [2021]). Elle était probablement placée en tant que sous-famille [A vérifier !]. Je l’ai élevée au rang supérieur (Deliry 2018).
Le CSIRO ([2022]) souligne que cet ensemble est regardé comme une sous-famille ou une tribu et rappelle que Bechly ([1998]) en fait une famille, qu'il n'y a pas lieu de placer ailleurs que chez les Gomphidae selon les australiens (com., 10 janvier 2026).
