Élément méditerranéen (St Quentin 1960).

Afrique du Nord et Espagne (Dommanget 1987).
Afrique du Nord et Péninsule Ibérique (très commune). Confirmée récemment en quelques localités françaises.

• Italie - N'appartient pas à la faune italienne (La Porta & al. 2023).
• France - Longtemps, il n'y a eu qu'une seule citation en France du secteur de St Jean de Luz (vers Guéthary : Pyrénées-Atlantiques) rapportée par Chapman (Morton 1925). L'espèce n'y a jamais été retrouvée (Leconte & al. 2002). De redécouverte récente dans les Pyrénées, en altitude (Occitanie : Charlot & al. 2018).
