Commentaires - Le protonyme de ce taxon pourrait être Cyclogomphus heterostyla [A vérifier !] [2023]. Espèce décrite sur la base de ♂. Bien que présentant quelques illustrations de la ♀ dans quelques ouvrage récents ou sur Internet, la description formelle de cette espèce n'était pas encore réalisée de manière formelle, ce qui est résolu par Payra & al. (2023).
