Répartition
Sa présence est plus septentrionale qu'initialement envisagé dans le Sud de l'Italie où il remonte jusqu'au centre-sud. D'anciennes mentions de Cordulegaster boltonii résultent dans ce secteur d'une confusion (Corso & al. 2020).
Habitats - Larves observées dans des rivières de dimension moyenne entre 120 et 600 m d'altitude en Calabre, Italie (Piazzini & al. 2020).
