Répartition

Taïwan (subsp. regia : Lieftinck & al. 1984). Depuis l'ouest de Sumatra, jusqu'à la Nouvelle Guinée et Samoa, en passant par les Célèbes et les Philippines, avec un hyatus entre les Samoa et Wallis et le reste de la répartition plus occidentale (Yeh 2023).

Notes de biologie

Accouplements connus avec Rhyothemis fuliginosa à Taïwan (Yeh 2023).
