Il s'agit de la seule espèce connue dans l'Antarctique (Devaud & Lebouvier 2019).
Répartition
Afrique du Nord [?] (ill. : Hoefnagel 1592).
Habitats - Cette espèce détient le record d'altitude pour l'observation d'un Odonate : un individu a été observé à 6300 m d'altitude dans l'Himalaya (Hupało & Tończyk 2016).
